Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle leads generated through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaigns).
- Call and connect with incoming leads to understand their requirements.
- Perform regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Schedule and conduct online meetings with potential clients.
- Explain Fucharmonk’s digital marketing services clearly to clients.
- Understand client business goals and suggest suitable marketing solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Maintain proper lead tracking and follow-up records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding of new clients.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Confidence in client calls and online meetings
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services
- Strong follow-up and negotiation ability
- Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.
