Key Responsibilities

  • Make fresh outbound calls on provided data
  • Generate and qualify interested clients (leads)
  • Explain basic property details and offers
  • Do regular follow-ups to convince clients for site visits
  • Schedule and coordinate visits with the sales team
  • Maintain call records and update CRM
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
