Responsibilities:
- Understanding Client's Package Requirement.
- Diagnose the clients' specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages
- Presenting, Convincing & Selling Domestic & International tour packages to Clients.
- Managing all the bookings for the client, making sales or recommendations for products or services that may best suit the customer's needs.
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, striving for resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Payment collection & Reminder to all hot prospects
