Business Development Executive (BDE)

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of Digital Campus, a leading Digital Marketing Institute.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calling and following up with inbound and outbound leads
• Explaining digital marketing courses and services to potential students
• Understanding customer requirements and guiding them with the right course
• Scheduling counseling sessions, meetings, and demos
• Supporting the admission and enrollment process
• Maintaining lead records and updating CRM systems
• Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the education and sales domain
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset
