Job Description

The Sports Sponsorship & Business Development Executive is responsible for developing sponsorship opportunities, managing business partnerships, and driving revenue growth through sports-related collaborations. The role involves lead generation, stakeholder meetings, brand partnerships, and frequent travel for events and client interactions.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesSponsorship DevelopmentIdentify and approach potential sponsors and brand partners
  • Develop customized sponsorship proposals and packages
  • Pitch sponsorship opportunities to corporate clients
  • Negotiate terms and close partnership deals
  • Business DevelopmentGenerate and manage business leads related to sports events and properties
  • Build relationships with brands, agencies, and sports organizations
  • Explore new revenue opportunities through partnerships and collaborations
  • Meeting & CoordinationSchedule and conduct meetings with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate between internal teams and external sponsors
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and post-meeting reports
  • Event & Field WorkTravel to sports events, tournaments, and corporate meetings
  • Oversee sponsor branding and visibility at events
  • Ensure sponsor deliverables and commitments are fulfilled
  • Relationship ManagementMaintain long-term relationships with sponsors and partners
  • Provide regular performance reports and ROI insights to sponsors
  • Handle renewals and upselling of sponsorship packages
