Job Role OverviewWe are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives who can handle client interactions, generate site visits, and close deals in real estate projects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound & outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, CRM)
• Explain property details to clients (plots, farmhouses, etc.)
• Schedule and manage site visits
• Follow up with interested clients regularly
• Maintain daily reports in CRM
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Build long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with team leaders & managers
• 📞 Day-to-Day Work50–80 calls daily
• Client follow-ups
• Site visit coordination
• Deal closure discussions
• Updating lead status in CRM
• Required SkillsGood communication & convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred)
• Target-oriented mindset
• Confidence & negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM handling)
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Freshers & experienced both can apply
• Real estate experience is a plus
• Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹45,000 (depending on experience)
