Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through online channels.

Connect with domestic and international clients to present company services.

Understand client requirements and share suitable proposals.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.


Requirements

1–3 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, BPO, or Outsourcing.

Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Basic understanding of IT services – Website, App, Digital Marketing, CRM, Automation, etc.

Experience in handling both domestic and international clients.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.


Compensation

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand)

Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month (Performance-Based)
