💰 CTC: ₹ 2 LPA – ₹4.50 LPA per annum

📌 Role: Inside Sales Executive

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with prospects, understanding their business needs, and converting leads into customers through effective communication and solution-based selling.


🔹 Key Responsibilities


➡️ Handle inbound & outbound sales calls to convert leads

➡️ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable SaaS solutions

➡️ Maintain and manage leads through CRM systems

➡️ Follow up with prospects to close sales within defined timelines

➡️ Achieve individual monthly/quarterly sales targets

➡️ Maintain high-quality sales conversations and customer experience

➡️ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients

➡️ Maintain accurate sales records and reports


🔹 We’re Looking For


✔️ Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales / B2B or B2C Sales

✔️ Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills

✔️ Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills

✔️ Ability to understand customer pain points and offer solutions

✔️ Comfortable working with CRM & sales tools

✔️ Experience in SaaS / Digital Marketing sales is a plus
