Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to identify new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Lead Generation & Sales


  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social media
  • Convert leads into clients and achieve sales targets


2. Client Communication


  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Handle client queries and provide timely responses


3. Proposal & Presentation


  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Negotiate deals and close sales


4. Market Research


  • Research market trends and competitor activities
  • Identify new business opportunities and target markets


5. Reporting & Coordination


  • Maintain sales records and update CRM
  • Coordinate with internal teams (development, marketing)
  • Share daily/weekly sales reports with management
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of sales and business development
  • Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure
  • Preferred Skills:Experience in IT/Software sales
  • Knowledge of CRM tools
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or tech products
