We are a growing Digital marketing and Web Development company committed to helping brands expand their online presence. Our services include SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Branding Solutions. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (Sales) to join our dynamic sales team and help us reach new heights.
Role Overview:
The BDE will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets through effective communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, email, and networking.
- Present and promote digital marketing and web development services to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized service solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams for proposal preparation and client pitches.
- Track, report, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends and competitors’ offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and presentation skills (Hindi & English).
- Proven sales or business development experience (B2B preferred).
- Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, etc.) is an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Digital Marketing or IT preferred).
