Job Description
Department: Sales & Business Development
Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven IT Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunities, and closing sales for IT services such as website development, software development, SEO, digital marketing, mobile apps, and cloud solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in B2B sales, and the ability to understand client requirements and convert them into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and online portals.
- Research potential clients and decision-makers in target industries.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
- Handle inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Connect with prospects to understand their business challenges and IT requirements.
- Present company services, solutions, and value proposition effectively.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls, virtual meetings, and product demos.
- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals and estimates.
- Prepare and share commercial proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
- Follow up consistently to close deals within the sales cycle.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure smooth handover of projects to the delivery team.
- Maintain client satisfaction and support retention efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
- Work closely with marketing, technical, and management teams.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
Experience
- Fresher to 3+ years in IT Sales / Software Sales / Digital Marketing Sales.
- Experience in B2B sales or service-based company preferred.
- Core SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of IT services (web, software, SEO, ads, apps).
- Ability to handle international and domestic clients.
- Comfortable with sales targets and revenue goals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, email outreach, and LinkedIn sales.
