Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our US Staffing team. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting staffing solutions to US-based clients and vendors. This position is ideal for individuals who are goal-oriented, persuasive, and eager to build a career in international staffing and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities in the US Staffing industry through market research, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver suitable candidates.
• Negotiate terms, contracts, and rates with clients and vendors.
• Work closely with internal teams to meet business targets and ensure client satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM/ATS tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to work in US shift timings (EST/PST).
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with the US IT staffing industry (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT) will be an added advantage.
