Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, explaining project details, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, data, and marketing campaigns
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients
• Explain property details and project benefits to customers
• Schedule site visits and meetings for clients
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of sales process
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
• MS Office and CRM knowledge preferred
• Team player with learning attitude
• QualificationGraduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream)
