Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our e-commerce team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, onboarding sellers, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the e-commerce sector
• Onboard new sellers/vendors on platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable e-commerce solutions
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and operations

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and convincing ability
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales processes
• Target-oriented with a proactive approach

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• MBA (Marketing/HR) preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in e-commerce sales or business development
• Knowledge of digital marketing basics (SEO, Ads, Social Media)
• Experience in seller onboarding or marketplace management
