Job Description

Business Development Executive (BDE) finds and develops new growth opportunities, driving revenue by identifying prospects, building client relationships, researching markets, and creating strategies to expand the business, often working with marketing and sales to secure deals and ensure long-term success. Key tasks include lead generation, pitching products, negotiating contracts, and analyzing trends to meet sales targets and foster client loyalty. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identifying potential clients and new market segments through research and networking.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivating strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Strategy Development: Creating and executing plans to bring in new business and increase sales.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Pitching services, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals.
  • Market Analysis: Staying informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
