Position: Business Development Executive

 Location: Noida (On-site)

 Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers preferred)

 Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA + Incentives

 Role Overview:

 Wearelooking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executives to join our Noida team. This

 is an entry-level role ideal for freshers who are passionate about education and eager to begin a career in

 sales and customer engagement. You will play a key role in expanding Unacademy’s user base by

 connecting with potential learners and helping them choose the right educational offerings.

 Key Responsibilities:

  Generateleadsthroughcalls, referrals, and social media outreach.

  Connectwithpotential learners and clearly explain course offerings and value propositions.

  Conductfollow-ups to convert leads into enrollments.

  Achievedaily andmonthly targets for outreach and conversions.

  Maintainaccurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM tools.

  Collaboratewith internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for learners.

 Requirements:

  Bachelor’s degree in any field (graduation is mandatory).

  Strongverbal andwritten communication skills.

  Ability tohandle objections and close sales effectively.

  Basicunderstanding of the EdTech domain is a plus.

  Fresherswith awillingness to learn and grow are highly encouraged to apply.
