Role Overview:


 We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executives to join our Noida team. This

 is an entry-level role ideal for freshers who are passionate about education and eager to begin a career in

 sales and customer engagement.


You will play a key role in expanding Unacademy’s user base by connecting with potential learners and helping them choose the right educational offerings.

 

Key Responsibilities:


  Generate leads through calls, referrals, and social media outreach.

  Connect with potential learners and clearly explain course offerings and value propositions.

  Conduct follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments.

  Achieve daily and monthly targets for outreach and conversions.

  Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM tools.

  Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for learners.


 Requirements:


  Bachelor’s degree in any field (graduation is mandatory).

  Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.

  Basic understanding of the EdTech domain is a plus.

  Freshers with a willingness to learn and grow are highly encouraged to apply.
