Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description:We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Shef Solutions LLC. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in English, be hardworking, and willing to work during night shifts.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic communication and sales initiatives.

• Key Responsibilities:Communicate effectively with international clients (verbal & written).
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm in all client interactions.
• Requirements:Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Hardworking, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working in the night shift (US timings).
• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
