Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales for residential/commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and site visits
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
• Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up regularly
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and CRM)
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Sales-oriented mindset with target-driven approach
• Basic knowledge of real estate market (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Freshers with strong communication skills or candidates with sales experience
• Experience in real estate, BFSI, or direct sales is an added advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
