Job Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) for handling international projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with global clients, and closing deals for our digital services.



Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Freelancer, etc.
  • Identify new international business opportunities
  • Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and chat
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Negotiate and close deals with international clients
  • Maintain long-term client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project delivery
  • Maintain CRM and sales pipeline



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
  • Strong communication skills (especially in English)
  • Experience with international clients (preferred)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing & IT services
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment



Preferred Skills

  • Experience in bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr)
  • Knowledge of lead generation tools
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and web development services
