Job Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) for handling international projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with global clients, and closing deals for our digital services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Freelancer, etc.
- Identify new international business opportunities
- Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and chat
- Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Negotiate and close deals with international clients
- Maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for project delivery
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Strong communication skills (especially in English)
- Experience with international clients (preferred)
- Knowledge of digital marketing & IT services
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr)
- Knowledge of lead generation tools
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and web development services
