Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and presentable Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and seller onboarding for our e-commerce and logistics services. The role requires strong communication skills, B2C sales exposure, and experience in logistics or e-commerce operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new clients including sellers, MSMEs, D2C brands, and distributors
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and online platforms
• Pitch e-commerce fulfilment, warehousing, and last-mile delivery services
• Onboard new sellers and convert leads into active clients
• Negotiate pricing, commissions, and service terms
• Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure retention
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and delivery teams
• Conduct market and competitor analysis
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and sales performance updates
• Required Skills & CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skills
