Position Overview: We seek a motivated and results-driven Sr. Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will be key in generating revenue by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-driven, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service while maximizing sales in the Real Estate.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:·        Generate New Leads: Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in our products or services.

·        Sales Presentations: Schedule and conduct meetings or calls with prospects to present products, answer questions, and close sales.

·        Follow-up on Inquiries: Respond to inquiries, follow up with leads, and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.

·        Client Management: Build strong, professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

·        Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.

·        Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales outcomes in CRM software.

·        Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the product portfolio, market trends, and competitive offerings to effectively address client needs.

·        Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services and communicate client needs to the team.


Skills & Qualifications:·        Experience: Previous sales experience in [Real Estate is a plus]


·        Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients over the phone, via email, and in person.

·        Sales Oriented: Must be flexible to work and must be ready to go on-site.

·        Negotiation Skills: Comfortable negotiating prices and closing deals with clients.

·        Results-Oriented: Driven by achieving targets and a strong desire to succeed.


·        Organized: Ability to manage multiple leads and accounts efficiently.

·        Team Management: Able to collaborate and lead, sharing insights with the sales team to achieve common goals.


·        Tech-Savvy: Basic familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using MS Office or Google Suite.
