Job Title: Business Development Executive – Real Estate (Plots)

Location: Sector 3, Noida

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Incentives: Average ₹15,000 per month (Performance-Based)

Job Type: Hybrid (Telecalling + Field Sales)

• Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through telecalling and digital inquiries.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to showcase plots.
• Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
• Maintain follow-ups with potential buyers to close sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and sales in CRM.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience in real estate sales is preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with both field visits and telecalling.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
• Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Compensation & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience).
