Job Title: Business Development Executive (Hospital Partnerships)

Location: Noida (Field-Based)

Type: Full Time / Commission-Heavy

About Us:

Assistha is a cutting-edge Clinical Intelligence Platform that transforms hospitals into smart, AI-driven institutions. We don't just digitize records; we use Voice AI and Analytics to reduce discharge times, automate prescriptions, and stop revenue leakage. We are looking for a "Hunter" to help us break into the top 100-200 bed hospitals in the region.

The Role:

You will be the "Door Opener." Your primary job is to bypass the gatekeepers and secure high-quality meetings with Hospital Decision Makers (Medical Directors, Owners, Administrators) for our Founder. Once the Founder presents the solution, you will take over the account to handle negotiations, paperwork, and closure.

What You Will Do:

  • Map the Territory: Identify 100-200 bed hospitals in NCR and near by region and map out their decision-making hierarchy (Who signs the check? Is it the Medical Director or the Trustee?).
  • Get the Meeting (The Core Task): Use your network and persistence to book 3-5 high-quality demos per week with top-level management.
  • Facilitate the Pitch: Accompany the Founder to meetings, manage the logistics (ensure the projector works, handle introductions), and observe the room.
  • Drive the Close: After the meeting, you become the point of contact. You will chase the Purchase Orders, handle vendor registration forms, and persistently follow up until the contract is signed.

Who You Are:

  • You Know How Hospitals Work: You understand the difference between a Medical Superintendent and a Hospital Administrator. You know that the real decisions happen in the Admin Block, not the OPD.
  • You Are a "Chaser": You don't take "silence" for an answer. You are comfortable calling an Administrator 5 times to get a signature.
  • You Are Tech-Curious: You may not be a coder, but you understand that AI is the future, and you can comfortably demonstrate a mobile app if needed.

Requirements (Must Haves):

  • Experience: 2–5 Years of Field Sales or Operations experience in the Healthcare sector.
  • Network: Existing relationships with administrators or doctors in local Tier-1/Tier-2 hospitals is a massive plus.
  • Language: Fluent in Hindi and English (Business proficiency).
  • Transport: Must own a vehicle and a smartphone.

Compensation Structure:

  • Base Salary: Competitive (Market Standard for Field Sales).
  • Meeting Bonus: Instant cash bonus for every qualified meeting secured with a Decision Maker.
  • Closure Commission: High % commission on every closed contract.
