Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) for our IT/Software services. The candidate must have fluent English communication skills and experience in domestic & international calling. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and closing IT/software service deals.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn & social platforms
• Handle domestic and international client calls
• Understand client requirements related to:

• Website Development
• Mobile App Development
• Digital Marketing
• Software Development
• Present company services to potential clients
• Schedule meetings with technical team
• Follow up on proposals and close sales
• Maintain CRM and sales reports
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Required Skills:Fluent English (Verbal & Written)
• Strong convincing & negotiation skills
• Experience in IT/Software sales
• Knowledge of platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork (added advantage)
• Basic understanding of IT services & digital marketing
• Target-oriented mindset
• Good email drafting skills
• Qualifications:Graduate in BBA/MBA (Marketing) or relevant field
• Proven experience in IT/Software inside sales preferred
