Job Summary


Jhopdi.com is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (Female) to lead our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue through innovative sales and marketing strategies.

This role requires a motivated professional with excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for achieving business goals in a competitive real estate market.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop business proposals, sales pitches, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute growth strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new prospects.
  • Manage end-to-end business development processes — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication and excellent service delivery.


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in real estate.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
