About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our digital marketing services, such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and Web Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead-generation channels.
  • Understand client requirements and present customised digital marketing solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Create and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and upselling.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights for business growth.


Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ Years of Experience in Digital Sales
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, Paid Ads, Branding, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
