About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive and creative Sales & Marketing Executive with deep exposure to the interior design and architecture ecosystem. In this hybrid role, you’ll drive both client acquisition and brand marketing efforts, working closely with designers, architects, and high-end customers to position our brand as a trusted leader in design solutions.

This position is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication and presentation skills, and knows how to use marketing tools to generate leads, drive engagement, and convert prospects.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing, Sales & Business Development

• Develop and manage relationships with interior designers, architects, studios, contractors, and builders to generate qualified leads.
• Identify project opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Conduct product presentations and site visits to introduce services and explain value propositions.
• Close sales through customized proposals, relationship building, and follow-up strategies.
• Collaborate with design and technical teams to support project execution post-sale.
• Plan, develop, and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, in-store).
• Create pitch emails and client-facing documents with high professionalism and design sensitivity.

Brand Engagement & Outreach

• Initiate strategic collaborations with design influencers, architects, interior designers, and partner brands.
• Gather client testimonials and feedback for social proof and future improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing within interior design, architecture, or high-end retail.
• Strong understanding of design trends, materials, client psychology, and the B2B2C landscape.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in client presentations and public speaking.
• Basic knowledge of interior design tools or layout software is a plus (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD).
• Self-driven, creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
