Job Description
FIDORE Health Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our sales network for hair care and cosmetic products. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building distributor networks, and increasing product sales.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the cosmetics and hair care market
- Build and manage distributor, dealer, and salon networks
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Maintain strong relationships with B2B customers and partners
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support company growth
- Conduct market research and promote company products
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Experience in cosmetics, pharma, or FMCG industry preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Job Location:
Office-based role in Noida
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
