Job Title: Business Development Manager IT Services (USA Market)

Location: Noida

Experience: 1+ years

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift as per India)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales of IT services in the USA geography. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to the US market, excellent client-acquisition skills, and proven experience in selling IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate new business opportunities in the USA market for IT services
  • Promote and sell end-to-end career services covering resume enhancement, profile optimization, training, interview readiness, and job placement assistance.
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new US clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients and stakeholders
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical and delivery teams
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing for US clients
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, and reporting
  • Stay updated with US market trends, competitors, and client needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in IT services sales for the USA geography
  • Strong understanding of IT services and technology solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in lead generation, account management, and deal closure
  • Familiarity with US business culture and time zones
  • Ability to work in US shifts
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working with IT service companies or IT staffing firms
  • Existing client network in the USA (added advantage)
  • Knowledge of contract models (Fixed Price, T&M, Dedicated Team)
