Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Client Meetings: Attend pre-scheduled meetings with potential clients to understand their interior design requirements.
- Consultative Selling: Present Ugra Creation’s portfolio and pitch customized design solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build trust with clients through consistent follow-ups after the initial meeting.
- Negotiation: Handle pricing discussions and finalize contract terms effectively.
- Sales Conversion: Take full ownership of the sales funnel from the first meeting to the final sign-up.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales or Business Development (Interior Design/Real Estate/Architecture industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain technical design concepts in a simple way to clients.
- Must have a professional appearance and a "closer" mindset.
