Business Development Manager (BDM)

Manage leads through inbound inquiries (website, Instagram, WhatsApp, WedMeGood, referrals) and outbound efforts (networking, bridal expos, social media outreach, partnerships with venues/planners).

Respond promptly (within hours) to client inquiries via calls, messages, WhatsApp, and emails to build trust and excitement.

Conduct detailed consultations (virtual/in-person) to understand the couple's love story, wedding theme, budget, and expectations.

Present and customize photography/videography packages, upsell add-ons (albums, pre-wed shoots, cinematic reels, drone coverage, etc.), and justify premium pricing with value.

Negotiate terms, handle objections gracefully, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Prepare quotes, contracts, and payment schedules; ensure smooth handover to production/creative team post-booking.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships, including post-wedding follow-ups for reviews, referrals, and repeat business (e.g., anniversaries, baby shoots).

Attend bridal shows, wedding expos, networking events, and collaborate with vendors (venues, planners, makeup artists) to generate referrals.

Track all leads, deals, and client interactions in CRM; prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.

Stay updated on wedding trends, competitor offerings, and industry pricing to position our services as top-tier.

Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, Instagram content, and client testimonials to drive more inquiries.
