Business Development Manager – Job Description
*Location: noida
Reports To: Head of Sales / CEO
Employment Type: Full‑time
* office timing - 9 am to 6 pm
Role Overview:
Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders to exceed sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Source and qualify high‑potential leads through market research, networking, and outbound campaigns.
- Sales Execution: Conduct product demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals within the defined sales cycle.
- Relationship Management: Own the end‑to‑end client journey – from onboarding to upselling/cross‑selling, ensuring long‑term partnerships.
- Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas (target ≥ 120 deals per month).
- Market Insight: Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and product improvements to the leadership team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align strategies and deliver cohesive solutions.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM data, forecast pipeline, and share weekly performance updates.
Required Skills.
- Strong network within the banking/DSA ecosystem (advantageous).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of meeting aggressive targets.
- Ability to work independently
