Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing revenue. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with a proven track record in sales or business development and a strong understanding of the market and industry trends.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective clients.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to expand the company’s reach and market presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align efforts.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to generate leads.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
  • Negotiate and close deals that promote sustained revenue.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or relevant role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to build rapport and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of [industry-specific knowledge if applicable, e.g., SaaS, FMCG, Fintech].
