The company provides printing, event management, celebrity and influencer campaigns, PR, social media, and performance marketing for corporate brands.

Golden Event Solution (A part on Dreamflute production private limited) is looking for energetic, self-driven, and goal-oriented Business Development Managers for its Delhi NCR locations. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and consistently generating marketing and promotion requirements from the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new clients for the company’s 360° marketing and promotional services.

• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat and long-term business.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.

• Pitch and promote services including printing, events, influencers, PR, social media, and performance marketing.

• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.

• Track market trends, competition activities, and new business opportunities.

Services You Will Promote

• Printing & Fabrication: Vinyl, flex, sunboard, MDF, acrylic, wooden, and related collaterals across India.

• Event Management: End-to-end event execution including permissions, manpower, setup, gifts, launches, and activations.

• Celebrity & Influencer Campaigns: Celebrity tie-ups, influencer and blogger marketing campaigns.

• Social Media & Digital Marketing: Social media management, content, and digital promotion.

• Performance Marketing: SEM, SEO, retention-focused campaigns, and related performance-driven activities.

• PR & On-ground Activations: PR activities, media coordination, and mobile/on-ground brand activations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in business development in marketing, advertising, events, or related domains.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.

• Good market understanding and strong networking abilities.

• Young, energetic, go-getter with a can-do attitude and result-oriented mindset
