Business Development Manager (BDM)

Ybex Media is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead brand partnerships and manage our influencer network. The role requires someone who can connect brands with content creators and drive revenue through strategic collaborations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* End-to-end acquisition of brand partnerships and sponsorships

* Onboarding and managing influencers for campaign execution

* Developing influencer marketing strategies aligned with client KPIs

* Achieving monthly sales targets and maintaining client relationships

*Requirements:*

* Master’s Degree in Marketing or related field

* Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing/Business Development (media agency experience preferred)

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Proven track record of closing deals with reputable brands
