Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our B2B client base and expand our manpower and staffing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and closing manpower service contracts.


Key Responsibilities


·      Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and field networking

·      Identify client manpower requirements and offer customized staffing solutions

·      Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline for manpower services

·      Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service pitches

·      Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements

·      Negotiate commercial terms and close deals

·      Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams for smooth manpower deployment

·      Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM

·      Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

·      Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

·      Monitor market trends and competitor activities


Required Skills &Competencies

·      Strong B2B sales and lead generation skills

·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

·      Experience in manpower / staffing / recruitment sales

·      Ability to work independently and meet targets

·      Good understanding of HR, staffing, and workforce solutions

·      Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
