Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales for real estate projects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and digital platforms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers
• Present real estate projects to prospective clients and explain pricing, features, and benefits
• Arrange and conduct site visits and follow up with clients regularly
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain client data and sales pipeline in CRM
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and property laws
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, legal) to close deals
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in real estate sales or business development (freshers may apply if strong in sales)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer-focused and target-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
• Preferred Skills Experience in real estate company.
• Knowledge of local real estate market
