Role Overview-

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Manager with 1–2 years of experience to help us grow our user base and partnerships across India. You’ll work directly with the founding team to reach students, colleges, coaching institutes, and other stakeholders in the medical education ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities-

  • Identify and connect with potential customers: students, parents, colleges, and coaching centers.
  • Drive sales of our courses and products related to NEET-UG, NEET-PG, INI-CET, and FMGE prep.
  • Conduct product demos and counseling sessions to understand user needs and convert leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners: coaching institutes, student communities, and academic institutions.
  • Participate in student outreach programs, seminars, webinars, and offline events.
  • Track leads, conversions, and performance using CRM tools.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on user insights.


Requirements-

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or counseling in EdTech or education sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—especially with students and parents.
  • Passionate about education and helping students succeed in medical entrance exams.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fast-paced startup environments.
  • Familiarity with the NEET/PG entrance ecosystem is a big plus.


Good to Have-

  • Experience working in or with medical colleges or coaching institutes.
  • Prior exposure to NEET, PG entrance prep content, or test-prep platforms.
  • Hindi or regional language fluency, depending on your target region.
