Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve property sales targets. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop strategies, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth coordination between marketing, site, and legal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the real estate sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into successful sales
  • Monitor daily sales activities, site visits, and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
  • Train, coach, and evaluate sales executives for performance improvement
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
  • Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, promotions, and branding activities
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and regulations

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and sales processes
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare sales reports
  • Target-oriented with excellent customer-handling skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in residential or commercial real estate sales
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
