About the Role

We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive growth in our US IT staffing division.

This role is perfect for individuals passionate about client acquisition and business expansion in the

staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

 Generate leads and develop new client relationships in the US IT staffing sector.

 Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and market trends.

 Support in maintaining relationships with Prime Vendors/ Tier 1 clients.

 Collaborate with the recruitment team to fulfil client hiring needs.

 Conduct market research to identify new sales prospects and industry trends.

 Participate in negotiations and contract discussions with clients.

 Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of client interactions.

Skills Required

 0-3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in US IT staffing.

 Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to think strategically and analytically.

 Proactive and Self-motivated with a results – driven mind-set.

 Ability to multitask and handle client requirements efficiently.

 Shift Timing: 7 PM – 4 AM (Night Shift)

 Working Days: Monday – Friday
