Business Development Manager (BDM)

we are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager who can take Kiwi Sq Feet to the market, on board brokers/agents and build strong supply of property listings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard Real Estate brokers, agents, and builders onto the platform.
• Generate and manage property listings ( fresh and resale)
• Build relationships with channel partners and local brokers.
• Pitch Kiwi Sq Feet platform and explain its benefits
• Drive user adoption
• Conduct field visits, meetings and presentations
• Coordinate with internal team for smooth onboarding
• Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets.

Key Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years experience in Real Estate / Marketplace/ B2B sales
• Strong understanding of Noida/NCR property market.
• Existing broker/agent network
