Role: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Company: Tech World Digital Solution
Location: Sector 63, H Block, Noida
Mode: Full Time (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
About the Role:
Tech World Digital Solution is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales expertise, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing/IT solutions.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, and other platforms.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and technical team for smooth project execution.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of IT services and digital marketing.
- Experience in B2B sales and client handling.
- Ability to generate leads independently.
- Good presentation and proposal drafting skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (IT/Digital Marketing preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
