Role Summary


We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth for Groweon CRM. This role requires someone who can drive direct sales, manage and mentor a team of BDEs, and consistently close deals. You’ll own targets, pipelines, conversions, and performance—end to end.

Key Responsibilities


Revenue & Business Growth

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for Groweon CRM

• Drive new customer acquisition through inbound and outbound channels

• Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead qualification and demos to negotiation and closure

• Build and optimize sales funnels to improve conversion rates and deal velocity


Team Leadership & Performance

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs)

• Set daily/weekly targets, track performance, and ensure disciplined follow-ups

• Conduct regular sales reviews, pipeline discussions, and performance coaching

• Train the team on objection handling, product pitching, and CRM demonstrations


Client & Stakeholder Management

• Engage with business owners, founders, and senior decision-makers

• Understand client pain points and position Groweon CRM as a business growth solution

• Ensure smooth handover post-closure to maintain customer satisfaction and retention


Sales Strategy & Reporting

• Track sales performance, conversions, and closure ratios

• Work closely with marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and messaging

• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and management dashboards

• Continuously refine sales scripts, pricing conversations, and proposal quality


Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

• 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales or SaaS/CRM sales

• Proven experience in handling and scaling a BDE or inside sales team

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

• High ownership mindset with strong execution and result focus


Preferred Experience

• Experience selling CRM, SaaS, or business software solutions

• Exposure to SME and mid-market customers

• Strong objection-handling skills against competing CRM products
