Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated and energetic Business Development Manager  to join our fast-growing team. The role involves managing leads, conducting client meetings, coordinating site visits, and converting prospects into successful sales. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and a passion for real estate.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & Client Engagement

·        Call, qualify, and manage leads provided by the company.

·        Understand client needs and suggest matching property options.

·        Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.

2. Sales & Deal Closure

·        Present project features, pricing, payment plans, and benefits clearly to clients.

·        Handle objections confidently and negotiate to close deals.

·        Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

3. Site Visit Coordination

·        Schedule and conduct site visits for clients.

·        Educate clients about project specifications and assist them in selecting the right property.

·        Provide an exceptional customer experience during visits.

4. Market Research & Builder Coordination

·        Stay updated with new launches, upcoming projects, and market trends.

·        Coordinate with builder representatives for inventory, pricing, and project updates.

5. Skills & Competencies Required

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

·        Target-driven with a strong sales mindset

·        Confident personality with good presentation skills

·        Ability to handle clients professionally

·        Basic computer/MS Office

·        Good understanding of real estate market (preferred)

Eligibility Criteria

·        Education: Graduate, Post Graduate and Pursuing Graduate

·        Experience: 05 years (Freshers with good communication skills may apply)

·        Prior experience in real estate sales is an added advantage

·        Own vehicle is preferred for site visits

Salary & Benefits

·        Fixed Salary: 15,000 – 35,000 (depending on experience)
