Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager – Real Estate

Job SummaryThe Business Development Manager (BDM) in Real Estate is responsible for driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding the company’s property portfolio. The role focuses on revenue generation through property sales, leasing, and strategic partnerships.

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in residential/commercial real estate

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and brokers
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits for potential buyers/tenants
  • Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns and promotional strategies
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update CRM systems regularly
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams for documentation and deal closure
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions and networking events

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field

  • 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales/business development
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
  • Preferred SkillsStrong sales and persuasion abilities
  • Networking and relationship-building expertise
  • Market analysis and strategic thinking
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Knowledge of local property regulations (e.g., RERA in India)
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Sales revenue and deal closures
