Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, client referrals, and market research.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving revenue and conversion.

• Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits to convert leads into successful deals.

• Negotiate and finalize deals with clients to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

• Coordinate with the marketing and inside sales teams to generate qualified leads.

• Track competitor activities, market trends, and client preferences to inform business strategies.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business plans for management review.

• Represent The Capital Homes at real estate events, expos, and networking sessions.

• Mentor and guide junior sales executives to enhance team performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• 1‒4 years of proven experience in real estate business development or sales.

• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
