You’ll be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and driving collaborations across the music, digital, and content creation industries.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential clients, artists, and collaborators.
• Pitch services like music production, cover contests, video shoots, and digital marketing.
• Build partnerships with schools, colleges, content creators, and brands.
• Maintain relationships and follow-ups with leads via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Work closely with the production and marketing teams to align goals.
• Meet monthly targets for lead conversions and revenue generation.
• Represent the brand at events, shoots, and online forums.
• Candidate Profile:Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BD/Sales (media/music/digital space preferred).
• Basic understanding of digital platforms like YouTube, Instagram, etc.
