Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Manager (BPO)
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Business Growth & Revenue Generation:
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients for BPO services.
- Generate leads, initiate contact, and convert them into business partnerships.
- Achieve revenue and sales targets as set by management.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client communications and escalations.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas of expansion.
- Analyze client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Proposal & Contract Management:
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations for potential clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals in alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with legal/finance teams for contract finalization.
Collaboration with Operations:
- Work closely with delivery/operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Communicate client requirements and expectations clearly to operations.
- Monitor project/service delivery and suggest improvements where necessary.
Reporting & Forecasting:
- Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and business pipelines.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to improve performance.
Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development of business development strategies.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Support the management in expansion into new markets or service offerings.
