Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager (BPO)


Roles and Responsibilities:-


Business Growth & Revenue Generation:

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients for BPO services.
  • Generate leads, initiate contact, and convert them into business partnerships.
  • Achieve revenue and sales targets as set by management.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client communications and escalations.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas of expansion.
  • Analyze client requirements and propose tailored solutions.

Proposal & Contract Management:

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations for potential clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals in alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate with legal/finance teams for contract finalization.

Collaboration with Operations:

  • Work closely with delivery/operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Communicate client requirements and expectations clearly to operations.
  • Monitor project/service delivery and suggest improvements where necessary.

Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and business pipelines.
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to improve performance.

Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to the development of business development strategies.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Support the management in expansion into new markets or service offerings.
