Job Description

We are hiring Business Development Manager - Educations for our institution Pranav Paramedical and Nursing College, Agartala, Tripura.


The base location for this position is - Noida (Sector-63), Uttar Pradesh.

The incumbent will drive growth by identifying and converting prospective students and institutions. He will build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and partners, present our educational solutions, and help achieve enrolment and revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify and target potential students — individual learners, parents, schools, and institutions.
  • Prospect and generate leads via cold calls, email outreach, networking, events, walk-ins, social media, and referrals.
  • Follow up with inbound leads from website inquiries, ads, and demo requests.


Customer Engagement & Counselling

  • Present courses, explain features/benefits, and conduct course demos.
  • Understand students needs, answer questions, and address objections.
  • Guide students/parents through the enrolment and onboarding process.


Sales Execution & Target Achievement

  • Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales and enrolment targets.
  • Maintain an updated and accurate sales pipeline and CRM data in Excel or Share drive.
  • Track activities, report outcomes, and forecast revenue.


Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and institutional partners.
  • Follow up after the sale to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.


Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a target-driven mindset.
  • Customer-centric attitude focused on service and satisfaction.
  • Organizational & time management skills to manage multiple leads.
  • CRM and tech proficiency (Excels, Microsoft Suite etc, CRM tool or MS Office).


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales — education/EdTech Mandatory.
