Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager / Sales Executive / Career Advisor who can generate leads, connect with prospective clients, and effectively sell our IT training and career services. The ideal candidate should have a technical background and strong communication skills to guide candidates in choosing suitable technology programs and career paths.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads through calls, follow-ups, and digital channels

* Connect with prospective clients and understand their career goals

* Explain IT training programs, services, and career opportunities

* Convert inquiries into enrollments through consultative selling

* Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems

* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

* Provide accurate information about technology domains and career paths

* Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

Required Skills

* Strong communication and persuasion skills

* Basic understanding of IT technologies and career paths

* Lead generation and sales conversion experience

* Ability to work in a target-driven environment

* Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills

* Comfortable working in night shift
